My Experience

I have dehydrated dry skin that looks dry, cakey and flakey with all supposedly dewy liquid foundations.

It offers medium coverage that covers my freckles, redness and pores very well. Application is a breeze. You just dip and pat on. It blends effortlessly into skin. It provides a dewy finish. It's not shiny nor greasy, my face just felt supple and hydrated to the touch. Could this be HG?!

The shade C21 matches my skin quite well except a pinch too cool/pink for my yellow skin. I am MAC NC10-15, Everyday Minerals Olive Fair and Lucy Minerals Pale Olive.

It held up relatively well after a sweaty party. Minimal caking around my nose area.

I can see this work amazingly on everyone. All in all, it's a brilliant product that I think it could be HG for many people!

Cutest packaging ever! It comes in a needle!! It's supposed to be a concentrated serum that you mix with their base serum or you can use it straight too :)

Jaminkyung Syn-ake Stem-cell Complex Anti-Wrinkles Hand Cream

This hand cream sounded so promising but it was not as moisturizing as I like... I like very thick greasy hand creams but this was rather light. It just doesn't seem to satisfy my dry hands.

DERMAL Snail Moisture Hand Cream

This hand cream is still pretty light but more moist feeling than the above. I like this one better. It's a good one to use on the go cause it's not greasy.

 

Secret Key Snail + EGF Repairing Cream

 Got this cause it was hella cheap! Under 5 bucks! Thought it would be a nice way to join the Snail hype :P

My experience 

The applicator is very stiff. To the point where it makes the application incredibly streaky. It was impossible to get a smooth line... See how it dips in in the middle of each swatched line?

The formula is not very waterproof either cause it washed off completely with water and a few rubs.

I know I shouldn't expect so much for $2.50 but this is just a waste of space for me.

1. I used 3 coats of for full coverage.

2. Then dip each finger in the glitter.

3. Add top coat to seal in the glitter goodness!

F21 rarely do an all over discount... Usually just seasonal sales on the leftovers that's been picked over.. So when I got the 21% off email notification at 3am in the morning, even though I just got home dead tired, I did not think twice to make my order before I go to bed LOL! Yes.. My experience

My undereye area is dry so I need a heavy eye cream but most gives me milias... ughhhh! I use a pea size for both eyes at nighttime. It is very moisturizing without being greasy. No milias... Thank god! My eyes still felt incredibly moisturized the next day. It does a wonderful job of plumping up fine lines and making them disappear. The plumping action made my concealer go on much smoother the next day. Thumbs up for that!

This brand seems very promising! Can't wait to try the rest of the line.

I am loving this! Although it is not HG (because I doubt there's a magical eye cream that will erase all my dark circles....) but it's pretty darn close to HG. It helped my concealer cover my dark circles better so thats close enough? LOL! It definitely worked better than any eye creams I've tried. :D

Pastel Creperie & Dessert House

I had a wonderful foodie day in the Yonge & Finch area yesterday. Had yummy Korean food and desserts.

We had the Green Tea & Red Bean Waffle and ordered Milky Flake and Pistachio Cheesecake to go.... Because just dining in is not enough... Yes, I am a dessert monster! :p

They serve Rahier cakes so you cant go wrong with that! The waffle was okay... But thumbs up for the homemade green tea ice cream! Very green tea-y!

They had the most adorable decorations to show their Halloween spirit! The service was warm and welcoming.

Overall I enjoyed every bit of my visit there! ❤
